I came across few in LOWES and around $7.95 each.
Is there any other places where we can find cheap good quality men tank top?

I would have thought that was already a pretty good price for that kind of garment. It's about the same as similar things I have purchased for my Husband. If you have a Best and Less store near you, then you may be able to find similar.
