Heads up for anyone using the UNiDAYS Airbnb 5% Off code—noticed something interesting.

The first time you apply the UNiDAYS code, you’ll get the usual 5% discount. However, on subsequent attempts to add generate a new code via UNiDAYS and add it to your account, it seems to generate a flat $100 coupon instead.

From what I’ve seen, these coupons don’t appear to have a minimum spend, so they can be applied directly to future bookings. Might be worth exploring if you’re planning any trips soon. Can stack it with Discount GCs as usual.

      despite it says 5% off, when applied the code to Airbnb, it shows $100 off. I have not made any booking but I went to the final step and $100 off was applied.

    Amazing deal! Signed up to TAFE, waited a day then used it to sign up to UNiDAYS.
    Booked an awesome Riad in Marrakesh for $9. Worth the effort!

        Its hit and miss if you dont have a USI, but they activated mine without one.

        I gave out 2 airbnb codes to ozbargain and now i just throw them in the family group chat

              @spiderbite88: Yes, I got login info almost instantly, pretty sure it's automatic. But I can see USI info is showing N/A as many have highlighted earlier it may causing the course to not show up in the active course section. I need to call them tomorrow.

                  @spiderbite88: that's what I understood by reading all threads. We can't add ourselves so need to ask support to do that, someone also mentioned that they enabled course and email with usi just fyi if you haven't read all threads.

    Was unable to obtain as my legitimate Unidays account has login issues that support couldn't rectify. Deleted my account which will take 30 days to complete :(((

    Just got my second code, worked perfectly the second time. Book the same accommodation twice, one day for each booking but back to back.

          Last Airbnb I had charged $170 cleaning fee for 1 bedroom apartment.

            @dami: Yeah, "cleaning fee" is excessive sometimes, can be used to hide the real price of a place. e.g. $100 + $75 "cleaning fee". And then there's the AirBnB fee on top, which isn't low either. AirBnB stopped being good value a long, long time ago. $100 off eases the pain.

    Managed to get 8 coupons between 2 accounts, used it for 3 trips. 1 code wasted due to host confirming then asked for price adjustment, code not refunded if cancelled on guest's end after booking was confirmed.

        no, codes was used for different trips, different days.
        had booked 3 separate days at one place, host rejected 2, and said price error but confirmed 1 day and asked for price adjustment, the code was refunded for the rejected ones but the one that got cancelled after confirmation did not.
