Shame that their customer service is really crap. Two times I had issues with them:
* first time a problem with the discount code - I got charged the full amount - they said there is nothing they can do
* second time, all the tracknames in an album are misplaced - their response: fix it yourself.
Real shame, because I really wanted to stop buying from Amazon UK and take my business to an Australian retailer.
Touch Wood I have not had a problem with them yet, bought Pinks Album and Cold Plays without a hitch, only hassle so far is a time consuming one comparing prices with iTunes before I buy ;-)
Drats, another album sale - been a long wait for a sale on single tracks (or vouchers).
Love the legit DRM-free MP3s and wide range BPM offers, but I have a hard time handing over $1.60-2.05 per track knowing what they cost elsewhere.
