Last time these were pretty popular at $9.50 so I am surprised this deal hadn't been posted yet. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/864524

  • What do they taste like.

I like inghams sweet chilli or hot and spicy tenders

    • +3

I was just looking at chicken content for tenders:
      Inghams 40% chicken
      Steggles 46% chicken
      Tegel 64% chicken

      • Oh wow thanks

      • -1

But the bag says "made with 100% chicken" . Now I am worried about what is Not "officially" Chicken

      • +1

        Aldi "dippers" 66% chicken, $9.99/kg

      • Warning:
        May contain traces of chicken.

      • inghams normal ones are 50% chicken, its just the sweet chili one that have way less for some reason and are two dollars more?

    • +2

I got 1.7kg bag from Costco and they are lot better than Ingham/Steggles. I believe the ones you get at Costco food court are also Tegel branded.

      • Thanks oh yeah the 3 tender and chips

    • You like processed then.

      • Yeah i dont mind processed

  • +3

    They taste like chicken

    • But what does chicken taste like ? That is the real question the conspiracy theorists aren't answering

  • -3

    That's because they're shit

    • +1

please don't call the food shit.

  • I only buy free range but damn its exy. Good motivation to reduce meat a bit though.

    • How much for free range tenders?

      • Small box of inghams is about ten dollars. Look for the green box. You don't get much in it. Nice though - recently had them on rice with cabbage on the side and some Mayo and soy like a katsu chicken dish.

  • Are these formed or natural tenders?

    • Native, it's battered butchered chicken pieces. Have a go, I rate them.

    • says 100% tenderloins on the front of the bag

  • Ripoff

  • -1

Hope you like a lot of sodium

    • 0.6g per 100g. Or 1/10 teaspoon seems about right for southern fried chicken/KFC

  • Which of these flavours best?

    • Depends on what you like. Nashville is spicy and Louisiana is not.
