I had one of my worst customer experiences with Todae. Staff's fault that my order was not able to be fulfilled, and they were absolutely disinterested in helping even making a token gesture (spending time to fix their problem, or even offering a marginal discount) to keep their customer happy.
In the end, it was me that spent my time to organise a group purchase from a manufacturer to help the 20 or so people affected by this particular item.
How did I help everyone affected? Because Todae also stuffed up and shared the email address of everyone due to emailing and using the 'to' field for everyone rather than 'bcc'.
The level of unwillingness and lack of thought was horrid and deserves a neg, and if that's not sufficient reason, then their prices (with discount) are still too high.
Their dr700 led lights were available before the sale and have been out of stock during the sale,i wonder if they will magically appear once their 30% sale finishes??
