Uber gift cards can be redeemed at both Uber and Uber Eats. The same applies to Uber Eats gift cards.

I think the commenter above was interpreting that statement in the title as "Only Redeemable at Uber Eats", rather than "Also Redeemable at Uber Eats".

No, the terms and conditions state “This card is redeemable via the Uber or Uber Eats app within Australia in cities where Uber or Uber Eats is available”
When does offer expire?
Officially, 22 April but they usually never last more than a week. The good news is that there's a new offer on Uber gift cards basically every week.
Any trips/deliveries in the last 30 days can have their payment method changed eg from credit card to gift card.

Today you can buy TCN Him gift cards ($30, $50, $100) from Woolworths for 20x EDR points. Register the card with TCN and then swap for Uber/Uber Eats (min $20 swap).
Uber & Uber Eats gift cards are $50 & $20-500 variable at Woolworths.

Switch payment hack
A unique feature of Uber’s payment system is that it allows you to change the payment method on purchases you made up to 30 days ago. This means you can buy Uber gift cards when they’re on sale and use them retroactively.
After you’ve added your Uber gift cards to your account, open up the Uber app or Uber Eats app and go to the ride or order you previously made. Select the receipt for that ride or order and then scroll down to where it says Switch Payment Method.
Provided you have enough in your gift card balance to cover the total purchase, you should then be given the option to switch the payment method to use Uber Cash. Your original payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal etc) will then be refunded.
Note that there have been reports that switching the payment is not possible for rides and orders paid for with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
