SONIQ 24" FHD DVB-T LED TV

The manual on your website says it's just an HD (1366x768) model - not FHD (1080p).

    Very different value proposition

SONIQ 24" LED TV FHD Supported

"FHD support"? Oh c'mon. That's borderline deliberately misleading

  • Does it play dvdr and dvdrw.

Seriously? Its 2025……. I wouldn't even know where a DVD is within my house!

      • I threw away all the cases and just kept the discs in the paper

        • +3

kept the discs in the paper

          The Herald Sun?

          • @jv: Yes and now it hurts your eyes if you try to read it. Not as bad as without the discs though.

      • I think you can get netflix to send you some over the mail

    • Hi Paul,

Yes, it does play both! Check out the offer on our website https://clearance.soniq.com/

I posted this in Nov last year & didn't feel the need to put misleading info in the title like… FHD Supported.

    Issue with the seller, neg.

This would have been perfect during the power outage from the cyclone and it’s a great price. Tempting

  • When the HDMI cable below the listing supports a higher resolution than the TV itself

  • TV for ants?

    • +2

Yes, if you use a antenna…

  • Embarassing.

It's funny how the rep responds to random posts with advertising but refuses to respond to legitimate questions

    Tough crowd

    • The Rep has made 28 posts & only 10 comments, 4 of which are on this one.

I'm guessing because member's are getting fed up & negging.

Absolutely terrible service with this company. Avoid at all costs. Extremely slow delivery. Incorrect tracking numbers. Multiple emails ignored.

    • -3

Hi, we previously were experiencing issues with delivery due to issues with our freight partners. This was all communicated to our customers. If you have purchased anything recently and are experiencing any complications, please reach out via email and we'd be happy to help!

Rubbish. I heard nothing. Literally nothing after the order confirmation until after it was finally delivered.

        • -2

          Hi,

I'm sorry to hear that. As mentioned, we did make an effort to ensure all customers were informed of any delays and issues relevant to their orders. Any emails sent to us received a swift response well within 24 hours. Given that you have already received your order, I hope you are satisfied with its contents. If you have any questions or concerns regarding future promotions, feel free to reach out via our website!

          Kind regards,

    More (weasel) word salad:

A 1-year warranty will be provided instead of the previously offered 3-year warranty due to a promotional update.

    …Our Non-Smart TV …

    literally the next section

    Officially Certified Android TV

WELL, WHICH IS IT THEN? A dumb tele with a built in DVD player has it's place as a kiddo's first tele or something of the sort, which is fine. But a DC powered Android smart tele could be quite useful to the right person, if you wanted to go camping, but the TV signal is shit, being able to hotspot off your phone (infinitely more reliable than rabbit ears these days) to load the cricket or AFL or whatever would be a boon and a half to the right buyer. Either option has it's place, but you can't really be both at the same time, can you?

    That, plus the
    -reduced warranty
    -deceptively labelled HD/FHD
-fact it's been this price for months and is already posted on here

Give it the neg from me, which is crazy, because either of those two options have many a use, but it's so poorly put together I have no idea which I'd actually get. I'd be tempted almost to order one, and then whichever it turns out to be, complain that it's not the other one listed there and want my money back. Clarity is key.
