How do you cancel an prder at Kogan? Or is there a way to change delivery address?
Within order confirmation email click 'view order', then there should be a drop down where you can select 'cancel order'.
I cancelled an order lastnight within 30min of ordering… my other order from lastnight doesnt seem to present this option anymore.. maybe because it says itll be dispatched today.
Unsure if you can easily update delivery address.

@Doesnotcompute: I now read your "whole reply" and went through the process and now see why you said that.
There was an option to notify about change off address (that part and the cancel order were
both still an option), but no guarantee that's for sure. So, these cheap ssd being too good
to be true, now possible wrong (friends old address), could be a complete balls up haha.

Apparently they're doing refunds. It was good while it lasted.
I did not get an email, but when i logged in it says refund requested. Since I didn't initiate this (or get an email), i've followed up with LumaDirect.
Got the cancellation email now :(
Bugger, they're all sold out now. They still let you click add to cart, but when you do, it says sold out.

I ordered the 2TB version. No cancellation email yet but won't hold my breath. If they had sold a few, maybe they would have honored the deal but this has been Ozbargained to death so yea, cancellation email for the 2TB and 1TB probably will probably come through in a few hours.
