The Samsung Buds before this generation held up well with sound quality & noise cancellation. Sadly this generation is a regression on both fronts plus increased quality issues. The Sony ones (WF-1000XM) have always been good but they're a similar price to the the Airpods Pro anyway, can probably grab both the standard airpods and the pros for cheaper. Maybe try one of the cheaper Sony models? I don't see much talk about them, but Sony have traditionally been top in the wireless iem space alongside samsung & apple.

These are still $299 on the samsung site….. yikes. Remember this next time you preorder a phone with them and thing you're getting a good discount on the RRP, or are planning to resale them, what their "true" value on the market will likely be.
