          If something works on the last one repeat.
          This is what i have found.

          Only use phone
          Do one item per transaction
          Clear the cart
          Go through the shopback app
          know exactly what your buying search for that item add it to cart and purchase it asap.
          If something other than going straight to cart happens remove item from cart and restart the deal.

            @B-Man02: Thanks. I did that in a previous order (one item) in Nov but it didn't track. Repeated today and tracked. ShopBack app to eBay app, Chrome and mobile data.

          My order tracked correctly for both standard & bank bonus in under 7 hours. Was going to do another order but couldn't purchase the eBay gift card from Woolworths on time (spinning wheel and blank page) so gave up. @kickling Hope yours is tracked too.

      Mine tracked at 20% too, for a purchase made early morning. Transaction amount reported was lower than what I paid, but cashback % was correct

      Still waiting for the Westpac to track

    Mine also only tracked at 10% and the bonus seems to be lower than 10% as well. Wish the new rep was as helpful as the old one - they’d would’ve been pretty quick to clarify.

    Two transactions, two bank bonuses, but only one base cashback. Odd bonus tracked but not base cashback, as I purchase on desktop (no bank bonus page).

    turns out bank bonus from 12th February randomly tracked same day (15th March)

    which was the date of the last bank bonus cashback i participated in on 2nd February

    but on 2nd February that same Bank Bonus was duplicated

    WTF shopback, tracking your cashbacks is like some kind of enigma

    looks like i'll have to chase up 1st (more expensive) transaction as base & bank bonus didn't track

    bank bonus + SBP enticed me away from TCB but their cashback guarantee sounds like less off a headf*** until i see how shopback resolves

    • 27th December base + bonus paid out correctly
    • 16th of December didn't track but support track, confirmed and paid out base cashback but completely ignored bank bonus (clicked through shopback app on pixel 8, so always click-through from desktop since then)
