It has nothing to do with completed transaction.
The transaction was complete as soon as you received the payment, but you didn't deliver to the client as per the contract of the sale between you and the seller. Sugar coating it won't help your case.

The 'fuss' is about you knowingly providing incorrect information. You do not have 100% positive feedback on eBay. Don't claim that you do.

the fact you can, somewhat dodgily, hide negative feedback on ebay does not make you a better seller, in fact if you just owned up at the beginning to having (a fairly respectful normally) 97% feedback on ebay no one would have looked down on you. but now you just come off looking worse and worse.
for those that dont know ebays policies, you can get peoples valid neg feedback removed fairly easily and its a total pain to get it reinstated again, last one i had to get back after the seller had it removed took me 2 weeks of constant hassle to get it unremoved

BF3 vanilla is effectively useless now. Unless you buy the expansion packs you'll be playing in empty vanilla servers :(
i bought the game on release and only played maybe 10 hours. Go back to play it now and i have to pay more than i originally paid for the game just to get the current maps. Pretty lame.

Correction, we have 97.6% positive feedback as of now. I mentioned this to prove that we are legitimate, and what we get instead is flaming like we're trying to scam you or lie to you.

Shit thing about BF is you spend the first day downloading and then installing all that origin crap only to realise there are all these expansion packs that will probably cost more than the $15 and guess what you will probably waste more time updating.
