Do you accept cheques or cash?

  • Any deals for Blu emu

    • +1

per OP = (Excluding Blu Emu)

    • I used a discount code last year for Blue Emu. This year I booked it a month or so earlier and got the same price without a code. So just book early as possible to get a deal.

i wanted to share my experience at sydney domestic airport, I booked with a previous discount and as had kids it would be easy to park at P1 so it would be easy to walk over to qantas terminal.

now it must've been a while i've been to the airport but I thought P1 was multi level / covered but was surprised to see it was all opened up.
    Doing a review online
    https://www.sydneyairport.com.au/corporate/media/corporate-n…

The former P1 car park, originally constructed in 1969, was closed in late 2022 and demolished after reaching the end of its useful life.
The long-term development pathway for the P1 site will be determined through Sydney Airport’s Master Plan process, which will go on public exhibition in 2025.

Hoping whatever they do, the end will have shade because it would be nice to have shade for P1 one day so I dont return to a hot car after lol

Anyone else getting: Sorry, the promo code is invalid.

don't turn on your cash rewards, found the promo codes don't work if you have that on.

thanks just booked my 60 day stay for my upcoming trip around the world after exiting my tqqq position netting 500k

    cheers

    These prices are simply exorbitant.
Better to pay for a shuttle $150 to drop you and you don't have to drive or worry about your car tyres being sliced, or the car being dinked while you're away.
Parking is such a rip off in this country. Make it nominal. Why are you people so greedy? All about profits. 🤷

I had 20% off, but cancelling and rebooking is exactly the same price with this 25% off…obv prices jacked since I booked last month… I realise there are the fees, but it still should be cheaper

edit, it cancelled my new booking instead of the first one that I selected….I had to cancel that one again and then rebook….seems bloody stupid as I selected the first one one to cancel….so, extra fees to rebook again…seems a waste of my money. I wanted to book first to get the booking before I cancelled. Not sure why it then selected the new booking instead of the one I had already selected to cancel. I had two windows open with the info

There is price-jacking or 'dynamic pricing' going on as mentioned earlier.
Checked today $292, but earlier in Feb the same dates were $255.

    • +2

I only just realised this myself.

      • I early feb (20% off promo), my 4-day booking was $90 after discount.
      • In early march, pricing was $109 without promos.
      • Today the same 4-day booking price was $134 and $100 after the 25% off promo.
  • Thanks OP. Booked-in for an upcoming trip.

If you can, park somewhere else and use the train.
I don’t love everything about Sydney public transport. But I can say the train to the Sydney airport is the best airport transport in the country.
I keep an opal card in my wallet for when I travel to Sydney (though I know I can use a credit card now)

For my Easter trip parking is going to be $124.49.

Train for 2 adults and 1 child is $70.26 each way unless we do the mascot shuffle, which we are not doing for a 9am flight.

Thank you thank you thank you.

Had a trip booked in July, used the promo code and saved about 90$.
Booked my other May annd October trip parking as well.

Thanks OP! I had booked with Linkt 20% off code for Easter holidays. Cancelled and rebooked with this code and saved $25.

  • I have used their valet parking before, and will never use them again (unless you don't care about your car getting dents).

Under their terms and conditions they can park you car anywhere around the airport, and when the strong wind blows heaps of pine cones dropped on my car causing dents, and they are not responsible. Not to mention the bird shit.

pay to get your car damaged. no recourse. no responsibility.
