Wait, S90D isn't even guaranteed QD-OLED? Wasn't QD-OLED the whole point of Samsung's OLED line? What motivation is there to buy from this line if you end up with a W-OLED that doesn't even have Dolby Vision, without the trade-off of getting QD-OLED?
55 & 65" variants are QD-OLED.
I read the 55"s are a lottery but the 65"s are solid.

In Australia, the 55" and 65" are all QD-OLED as far as I'm aware, and the 77", and 83" models are WOLED LG panels.
In America, the 77" is QD-OLED, as is the 55" and 65". Also the 42" and 48" are all WOLED, though we don't have these sizes in Aus.
