The mono power amp is fantastic. I have been using two to drive bw pm1s. Sound is sensational. Buying a couple p4 minis to use with in ceiling speakers and the v3 power amp. Chinese technology has caught up.

      Chinese technology has caught up.

Just don't go into a thread for a Chinese branded EV. Apparently its ok to buy an amp/phone/watch etc from them but not a car :)

Just look at the sh!tshow that Telsa thread devolved into when someone mentioned the Chinese branded cars offer better value :)

Hmm, thoughts the tin hatters would be worried about chinese govt listening in on their music ….

Chinese class D catching up … didn't realise they were behind, typically class-D amps use integrated amplifier chips e.g TPA3255 so not much innovation from one brand to the next if using same chip vs discrete components.

Only downside I can see is 48V power bricks, trickier to get than 12V or 19V laptop supplies if need a new power supply.

  • These are great. But I went with the wiim amp due to interface etc. No regrets works a treat with my kef q350s
