    Still struggling to read and follow title guidelines I see. Also, why are you not giving us the best price on a bargain website? Using a coupon Welcome10, it brings it down to $1,070. {I just randomly tried that code and it it worked}

    I thought a Republic meant no Queen

      That's why they don't come with a bed head…

  • Anyone here had to use their return policy?

    • Yep. Zero hassle from the company, they just organised a local charity to come and pick it up.

      • What did you not like about the mattress?

        • Way too hard for me. I purchased it because it's meant to be good for heavier people, but it was like sleeping on thinly padded concrete so back it went.

    • Just a warning, my recent experience with a Sleep Republic mattress and their customer service was poor. With the mattress, the soft latex/foam layers above the springs never actually decompressed from their in-box state.

      We initially followed up for a replacement as it hadn't shown any changes after a day however they claimed it to be expected and based on factors such as our room being too cool (which was completely untrue). They claimed it could require a decompression period of up to 14-days and to followup then if nothing changed.

      After a number of emails and calls, a week later they finally agreed on a refund and pickup. It was unfortunate considering all the positive reviews online, we didn't have any of these issues with our previous <more expensive> popular mattress in a box.

      Their website FAQs claim it will decompress to its original shape & feel within 72 hours, however their support service continued to push the 14 day time-frame for decompression on us even as it was unusable and clearly not just minor length changes.

      Once the mattress has been unrolled and decompressed it will take up to 72 hours to return to its original shape & feel. In some cases the length and width may be up to ±2.5% shorter or longer after initially opening and may take up to 14 days to return to its original size through use and lying flat on the base.

  • Just recently returned one of their mattresses and repurchased a Sleeping Duck. Much better but also considerably more expensive with the recent price hike.
