Prize Conditions:

• The winner must have a yard of sufficient size to accommodate the court. Residences such as small townhouses or apartments without suitable outdoor space are not eligible.
• Entrants must be within a 100km radius of metro cities..
• Entrants must check with the council to determine if a court can be built. Any council fees or applications are the responsibility of the homeowner and will not be the responsibility of the Promoter, Dream Courts Pty Ltd (Dreamcourts®) or Spalding Sports Association;
• The winner must own the property and not be renting or leasing. Ownership will need to be verified before installation can proceed.
• Dreamcourts will conduct an inspection of the winner’s yard to ensure it is suitable for court installation.
• The court provided will be a 50-square-meter space (10m x 5m) and will include standard line markings. Any additional logos or branding on the court will incur an additional cost by the winner.
• The winner will have the option to choose the court's colour from a selection of 8 custom colours.
• The prize may be transferred to another individual or community (including by not limiting to a school) that meets the eligibility criteria for this Promotion, subject to approval by the Promoter.
• The installation timeframe will be communicated to the winner by the Promoter.
