Samsung Monitor Stops Working - 2nd Time

Context - I have my work laptop and a personal desktop sitting at the same desk and just switch the thunderbolt connected to my Alogic dock between the two depending on what I'm using.

I first bought a Samsung 27-inch S36GD FHD Curved Monitor (LS27D366GAEXXY) and had it plugged into my Alogic dock, the computer recognises the monitor but doesn't show anything on the screen, I then plugged it directly into HDMI port on 3 different computers and same issue.

I returned it and got the exact same in a swap over.

The second one was working perfectly until I had plugged the HDMI directly into my personal computer.

It just stopped working again after 3 weeks of working perfectly.

Has anyone heard of this happening before? Is there a fix?

    tried using a different hdmi cable?

    Have you tried different cable, different cable connector type and a different computer?

      Or updating the video driver?

    Used 3 different HDMI cables and nothing… all recognise the monitor but none show anything
