Pain Free Aussies - Lying Thieving Company

Purchased 2 pair of comfortable slip on shoes and 2 pair of work boots from Pain Free Aussies both AU 9 EU 43

They arrive, the shoes are EU 43 but the boots are EU40.

I contact them, am informed they won't exchange as I ordered the wrong size, I check on their site what size I ordered, print screen and send an image showing according to their system I ordered size EU 43

This goes back and forth … them telling me I'm at fault then they email a bogus image showing a size chart they have obviously made in an attempt to bamboozle and steal from me.

I email a screen print of both orders and an image of both bags the shoes came in and asked why one set of shoes was EU43 when ordering AU9 and the other was EU40 when ordering AU9 and an image from several other reputable brands sites that support that EU43 is AU9.

They have gone quiet, am having to work this out with my bank now.

I have since found many others saying the same type of treatment.

Another lesson in avoiding these middle-man rip-off companies. Those shoes they label as "$120 AUD" with arbitrary discounts, are less than $20 on Chinese sites. You've been ripped off in more ways than one.

They don't even allow change of mind returns - why would you order from random sites like this?

Lol the site disables right-clicking to try to prevent easy reverse image searching

holy shit thats dodgy as hell. I'd never buy just from that alone.

        Screenshot should work though.

Gave that a try. Found the exact same Women Orthopedic Stretch Cushion Shoes are on Amazon for $24.80
While "Pain Free Aussies" have them on sale for the bargain price of $69.99. Down from $140.

A lot of sites also go to the length of not allowing you to copy text or images.
        Easily bypassed using Inspector.

I used an extension to overcome that! "Absolute enable right click and copy" works everytime!

You're unable to get a refund because you bought from a dropshipping website. These sites source their products directly from platforms like AliExpress, Alibaba and Temu, where you can find the same items for much less. They don't have any stock. The dropshipper simply forwards your order to a Chinese supplier, who ships the item to you. Because they never handle the product themselves, their system isn't designed to process returns. And you won't get your refund.

They should just drop ship you a new pair since their margins are so high :D

its not a company just some dudes side hussle.

      As Aussie as Peking duck

Ask for a refund again. It is likely their web crawler messed up and did not translate the site properly leading to the wrong item being drop-shipped.

Honestly, what is with people not understanding Chinese and trying to drop-ship from Taobao.

sounds like you couldve got them from aliexpress

Seems like you have one pair of men’s 9 and one pair of women’s 9

    • Nope, I screen printed the orders from their site and sent that to them, both orders were men's AU9 … they claim the boots have a different size chart and were claiming it's my fault … plus the boots are advertised as "men's" … not women's! and it's the boots they sent wrong size! bad luck to you is their attitude … they have since offered a full refund as I'm making a lot of noise in a lot pf places, I tell them "do that, refund me" but it's going round in circles, delay tactics, criminal asswipes!

They didn't deliver. Do a charge back.

  • Were both items showing both AU and EU sizings in the size drop-down? Or only one? It looks like they have some items with both sizings, and some with just AU, so it sounds like you chose one of each?

The first 2 items in the Hiking and Work Shoes category have slightly different EU sizes against their AU 9 sizes.

Shoe sizes are annoying in general, like clothes sizes, there seems quite a bit of variation, especially when translating a fine grained system like EU to a coarse grained system like AU.

  • Credit card charge back or was the payment made via bank transfer?

    • My bank has sent the forms and I'm busy with that :) … thanks.

  • Don't waste anymore energy trying to get your money back.. that site is a complete scam… Their cooling blankets are nothing but slightly weighted blankets.

They have offered me a full refund because they see the negative stuff I'm posting everywhere, I think they are trying to stop my constant noise and want to shut me up so they can rip as many people off as possible, so I doubt I'll see them refund the $ … it's enough money and being a pensioner I'm doing everything my bank wants to investigate my claim and claw the money back for me, PFA has rung me twice, they are persistent in lying and are constantly making stuff up in an attempt to confuse me and try to make me feel like I messed up and am in the wrong, they are in for a nasty shock soon, stay tuned, the fact that they are creating more trading names to rip more people off is going to hurt them considerably!

      • 👍 good on you go for them. Scumbags trying for a cheap buck dont let them win.

  • This company sent me the wrong size stretch comfort shoes then tell me I ordered the wrong size!
