Base on the product description & price alone, i personally do not see this as value for money.
HN have LG DVD players that can play DVDs on top of MPG124, mp3s and photo files. I bought one for myself for 140$ off 2 months ago.
LG is a better known brand, has MORE functionality, has HDMI & component output and is only $10 more expensive.
PLUS, if the LG player breaks down, at least you've got their customer support to rant on. With this?….. Good luck….
