Looking to Buy an Used LG Monitor

Looking to buy a second hand gaming monitor for my PC.

Someone offered to sell me their 2nd hand LG Ultragear 27GN800 which they have used for 2 years. The condition looks fairly good, there aren't any scratches or dropped pixels.

They are asking for $180, is that a good price? I'm thinking of offering $120, is that too low or is the price they asked for a fair one?
