As soon as I ordered Saturday night, I received a text message asking to call and confirm details.
They thought I was a botCalled this morning. All good, order changed from processing to open and estimated delivery the 3rd of march

Called and they couldn’t do a colour swap. Apparently they can’t even cancel the order so we’ll just have to wait this one out. No word of them not fulfilling from the agent I spoke to.

I just got on the phone with Qantas Marketplace. My order still says processing but have a estimated delivery date. I was told this is confirmed and delivery date is as per the ETA listed.

p. sure I dodged a bullet there. got latest QC for travel / commute / work, and Px7 S2e for when I want some critical listening done. was hoping this would replace both, but sure doesn't look like it, not in terms of comfort anyways. I was hoping QC Ultra would be the answer, but also returned. the quest for ultimate pair of cans that can do it all continues

I brought the Black pair with the enclosed receipt come with it to JB store, asked them I would like to exchange it to the white one. No question asked from them.

My thoughts after a week of use straight out of the box. Noise cancelling is better than Bose NC 700(could be shape of my head), comfort is comparable, sounds so much better than 700 and better than X4. I’ve used 700 for over 2 years and X4 for a year and listened same music over n over again and definitely noticed Ace being better.
Edit: Not much Bass though which I don’t mind at all.
