7800X3D-5070Ti-MAR

Hi folks, 5070 Ti Launch Day! Looking around, cards seem hard to get (again). We have good (but not unlimited supply) of Palit GamingPro and GameRock cards available, so we're excited to be able to bring you this deal with the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, the perfect match for this card.

As with 5080 we have both the Palit GamingPro and GameRock available in batches - the first for systems shipping mid March, the second as a pre-order for later in March onwards as further shipments arrive.

As a reminder all TechFast PCs are:

  • Unmatched in terms of value, $ per frame, bang for buck - you name it, it does not get cheaper
  • Fully professionally built, stress tested
  • Provided by the most active and committed OzB PC builder for 6+ years - we are here to stay while many others have come and gone, leaving Ozbargainers in the lurch
  • Plug and play with all drivers installed, no matter which OS you select
  • Fully supported by a local team via email and here on Ozbargain
  • Fully insured for transit at no extra cost
  • Fully warranted with transit covered both ways in the event of warrantable faults

AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D | RTX 5070 Ti Gaming PC: $2799 after 7800X3D-5070Ti-MAR

  • AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor ~200W AG400 (liquid options available)
  • Palit GamingPro RTX 5070 Ti 16GB graphics card (GameRock +$89)
  • Gigabyte B650M Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard
  • 32GB 6000MHz RAM (brand/model may vary)
  • 1TB Gen 4 NVME SSD (brand/model may vary)
  • 750W Gold PSU (brand/model may vary)
  • Antec CX500M case (other options available)

Update on RTX 5080 and 5090 builds: Continuing to make progress through the initial drop of on-hand cards, with finalised PC shipments continuing this week and next - they are long and valuable builds with liquid coolers and extremely high value hardware, so we are taking the necessary time to get them right. And I think everyone would have seen prices have shot up since that deal, while your launch prices are locked in, so your patience is appreciated. We expect to move into the late-Feb / March pre-order card batches straight after, as cards continue to arrive.

Cheers
Luke, Caleb, Zac and the TechFast team

            • @kungfuman: Is that 2500?

Also, its very easy to fake ebay sold listings to inflate prcies, doesn't mean anyone is actually paying that.

    • Why did you buy it on release week only to complain about high prices…Its also why its priced this way.Because you keep buying it on release date.

      • because I can and i will. :D

The 5080 deal was way better value than this. Not saying it's your fault but damn I hate this generation. If you could get the same specs of the 5080 PC with the 5070 ti for this price I would love it. I really need that x
    9800X3D 😭

Still waiting for my 5080 PC ordered from you 31 Jan.

    • When did it arrive?

  • +1

9800x3d shud be standard. has lots 9f improvements over 7800 when it comes to responsiveness.

    • A lot of people don't need that extra performance, especially as the difference is mostly in 1080p. Also, I think they ran out of 9800X3Ds from the 5080 build.

After the flood of terrible reviews for all 5000 series cards, I’m still surprised to see so many people buy them and or comment / request for deals.

Why would Nvidia change their tactics / pricing if most people aren’t smart enough to care with their money? I get some people have waited generations but a 3-15% uplift from 4XXX series is absolutely pathetic and that’s if the price remained the same.

    • +4

Most people arent upgrading from the 4000 series. People not deciding to upgrade or build a pc at the exact same time as you doesnt make them stupid either.

Online reviews are also an echo chamber which ignore the vast majority of potential customers (people coming from earlier generations).

Nobody in that situation cares that it isnt that much of an uplift compared to the 4000 series, it is still massive compared to what they have.

See the thing is, there isn't another choice. AMD are hardly competing, they still haven't released their cards, and going off rumours, they're not going to be any better, or much cheaper than the nvidia cards. So at the end of the day, nvidia still has the best cards, and if you can get it at the nvidia advertised msrp, its still a better buy than the competition.

So yes, nvidia is taking advantage of a lack of competition, but unless AMD, and maybe in a years time intel come out with something that actually challenges nvidia, consumers don't have a better option.

It's consumer panic. All last year people saying "hodl" mindlessly thinking 5000 generation would be a saving grace. 4000 series stopped production and 5000 series with less cards in general at a higher price and a whole heap of hungry consumers waiting for a great upgrade are disappointed because gains are in some cases single digits (but DLSS4!!1), but some have been waiting for years, some upgrade every gen because that's just what they do and post their builds to r/pcmasterrace regardless of price/supply. So abysmal 5000 stock, discontinued 4000 stock. Anyone who wanted a 5090 will get one for $5k. Anyone who wanted a 5080 will buy it for $3k or a 4080S / 7900XTX or in some cases a 4070ti Super hence why you can't find anything other than a 4070S in stock or 7900GRE.

Radeon is still supplying 7900XTX but last deal it was $1350 November 2024 now it's $1800 and rare because what I said above. It's unknown how the 9070/XT will perform, likely similar to a 5070ti in raw performance with some decent efficiencies but likely still gimped RT like previous gens compared to equivalent models which will be why it's $50 cheaper than the nvidia alternative. Radeon being REAL quiet even tho there is a heap of 9070XT stock out there (PCcasegear commented they've had 3 shipments so far). Why aren't they bragging about their performance?

      And intel well. yeah.

tldr perfect storm of event has caused this situation. thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Waiting for your AMD Gpu deal….!

These people don’t deliver on their promise and don’t respond to customer inquiries.

Ordered a 5080, no response after 36 days on status. Won’t event refund money despite surpassing their SLA’s.

    Suspected scam con business. Beware!

I bought a 3070 from Techfast years ago and it arrived intact, 4 years later still going strong with no issues. Now time to upgrade to 9070XT , waiting for the next deal

  • anyone got any updates other than "Order Placed" for their GamingPro/GameRock build?

    • Nope

    • +3

I've received an update that my PC has been built! Hopefully this means we have a solid supply of RTX 5070 Tis.

      • That’s good news for 5070Ti customers. Still waiting on my “Late Feb/Early March” 5080 build :(.

    • I've received my 5070Ti GamingPro build yesterday. Went well when I tested.
Let me know if anyone wants to ask something about it.

      • Any photos? Would be nice to see :).

          @just-human https://imgur.com/a/9vxToMi here it is!

          • @fishkatsu: Looks nice! Hope you're enjoying it.

Did it come with a sag bracket?

I know you used your own but not sure if it's included.

            • @just-human: @just-human sure am! A huge change for my work/gaming session.

Unfortunately, I think GamingPro 5070 Ti doesn't come with a sag bracket.

              • @fishkatsu: It's quite the chonky GPU, isn't it! Coming from a twin-fan RX 5700 there was quite a size difference.

Have you checked if your ROPs are all there by the way?

                • @creakybed: @creakybed yea, very chonky haha. That's my thought as well, as my last pc was gtx 1060 6gb.

                  Yes, all ROPs are there.

          • @fishkatsu: Hey I noticed you have the Acer RAM. Just wondering if you had any issues turning on EXPO as it’s not on compatible list and other users have reported issues?

            • @just-human: hey @just-human, I'm not sure on it. I dm'ed you to check further about it.

  • @luketechfast what's the ETA on GPU. Can you please repost the bargain once you are ready to ship? Thanks.

  • could you add amd 8700f or 7500 as an option for thie model, cause these cpus runs similar performance as high-end cpus in AAA titles. Thanks.
