How do you pay in USD?

      • +3

Change currency to usd and pay

        • +2

Also need to make sure it's in USD if paying with Paypal. I think there's blue text that mentions currency options.

Attempting to lock the codes in for my account:

OZAA130 gave me the error "This coupon is for single use only and can't be used here:
Everything below gave "Sorry, this code is for specific items only."

I tried with https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/1005007699451931.html and https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/1005006638600622.html as the selected item for checkout.

Others may be successful, I've spent over 3k since xmas sales, so it'll take this as a sign to stop haha

    • What have you spent that amounts to $3k?

@turkz1: Not at home atm, but the images here are sufficient, just picture another 270mm tall box on top below the fan module / top hat thing, and 2 more hdd modules underneath, tpu parts (feet and drive sleds) are in siddament purple tpu. I.e. it's doesn't look like anything, other than a really tall thin black 3d printed box?

I'll probably split it in to two stacks, cause it's over 1100mm tall now and while i printed a wider base for stability the 199x162mm footprint is a little concerning, although all the real weight (HDDs) is in the bottom 460mm or so.

        • Did you buy the Topton N17 by any chance?

I bought one of these, was stoked with the value. Awesome unit.

Please hand in your Ozbargain membership.

As always, there’s nothing I need to buy when these bloody coupons are available

    • +2

"Need"? Does that apply when purchasing from Ali Express? Or for anything you see on OzB for that matter?

  • Good one. Got 40 bucks off.

  • Doesn't seem to work for a Retroid Pocket 5 unfortunately

    • Doesn't error out or anything right? Just no discount after you applied the code?

      • It said something along the lines of 'This code is for specific items only'.

  • +1

Doesn't work for a carbon speargun barrel.

  • -1

    Doesn't work for auto parts.

    • What does the message actually say?

      • This coupon code is for single use only and can't be used here - OZAA130
Sorry, this code is for specific items only - OZAA65

        • +2

Got the same, specific items only

          • @spixder: Got the same. Looking at small tech items.

  • Do these codes invalidate cashrewards 17%?

  • -1

    these dont work

    • There are exclusions, so what does the message actually say?

  • +2

Didnt work for me. $57AUD in cart. Says I didnt meet the minimum spend. Perhaps the figures are USD amounts?

Pretty sure everything I bought was free shipping.

    Oh well.

    • Finally an answer. So what's the AUD figure before tax and shipping? A$50? If it's less you haven't met the minimum spend.

      • $52 + $5 shipping . Taxes on top. Hence I think it's $50usd equivalent (has been in the past).

      • Ok, now have $352 in my cart.

The only code that works is the $5 one…

$10 error - single use only

Everything else - error - didnt make the minimum spend.

Classic Dodgy as F' Ali Ex promo.

        • What about the codes from the other deal?

          • @Clear: Better success there.

Some are all used up. Got one to work.

            Thanks

Sorry, this code is for specific items only

  • Not working for the Redmi watch 5, no errors.. just doesn't discount anything, tried changing to USD too.

I love these AliExpress deals but I hate that they're moving to imile/cainiao (from Auspost) for shipping. Those couriers are hopeless.

    • +1

Cainiao handles the distribution/logistics side of it until it reaches Australia. Then it's a mix of Aramex, Auspost and Fast Horse Express, though the latter has resulted in a lot of complaints and they may use them less.

  • im a idiot what am i doing wrong lol
