Wanting to know what colour you bought or like.
I can't decide on what colour to buy, but I'd like to go for a popular colour to sell it in 3 years or so when I upgrade.
These are the colours available from JB

The popular ones get way more stock in so not a sure way of knowing
It shouldn't make a difference to resale value. The popular colours will also be widely available while the rarer colours will be scarcer, so unless tastes change dramatically the ratios of who wants to buy what shouldn't change much.
There is some evidence, in fact, that with secondhand vehicles at least, rarer colours tend to receive a price premium because if you're after one of the rarer colours you'll jump onto it as soon as you see it, while with the popular colours you can just go with the cheapest option.
but shouldn't you be buying the least popular colour because that would make it more rare?
When signing up for the JB pre-order deal in-store I asked the guy the same question as I couldn't decide, always gone with black in the past.
He said that 80% of the phones he had sold were navy, and that I'd probably be waiting an extra week or so for stock to come in compared to the other colors.
Seems like the safest option, but I don't know why they skipped black this year.
but I don't know why they skipped black this year.
Because they needed at least something to be different about this year's phone 😆
Samsung wants people to buy direct from them. That way they get more profit from the sale. I got silver shadow. Reminds me a bit of the silver iPhone 6 phones. However, I would have preferred black, but the JB deal was too good to pass up.
Even on Samsung.com they only have Blueblack, which is gray at best.
The Ultra has Titanium Black which looks very nice, but nothing for S25 or S25+
Color itself, Navy is cool, but together with the camera rings, it gives me A series vibes; I went for the Silver.
In three years the value of this phone will be so low that the colour will make SFA difference.
The condition it's in in 2028 would have the most impact.
I bought the Navy Blue, the missus hates it, I told her it's going in a black case anyway, no one will ever see the colour.
have you looked the Samsung Warranty Issues?
Call up your JB and ask them which one has the longest wait time.
