Is anyone else have a long delay in getting money out?
Still waiting. On a 25 January request ment to be done by 30th
As well as 3more that's are all past the estimated time frame.
These transactions are all approved but not leaving the site to my bank…
Spot on. I stopped using it until a friend asked me to use it for their referral bonus.
The first warning sign should of been when I signed up via their referral code and made a purchase I didn't realise I needed to 'activate' the friend referral before making the purchase so they didn't even get the referral bonus.
Since then I've used it for random cash backs here and there and only low valued items have tracked on time. Have one close to $100 which is now over 10 days past the should confirm by date. Reported delay and get crickets.
5 withdrawals since the new year, usually takes 1-3 days to reach my bank account but one was 5 days
Have you checked whether it's hit your bank account or not?
I have done 4 cash outs since Jan 1st from $50 up to $225. One cashout is pending from 2 weeks ago but has actually paid out, might just be a bug in system detailing whether it's come out or not.
But otherwise pretty happy, $400+ cashback so far in Jan/Feb.
They usually hit my bank within 3 business days but on shopback it is still listed as pending. I think they do a check once a week to change those to complete if successful cos I've had multiple withdraws on consecutive days but they all get marked completed like a week or 2 later at the same time.
Withdrew $300 last week. Had it in my bank the next day
Just checked and my last withdrawal took 29 hours to reach my bank acc. 11/02 2pm > 12/02 7pm
Hey hey All! Cash-out requests are usually processed and transferred to your account within 3-5 working days. However, please note that cash-out transfers can sometimes take an additional 3-5 days due to bank clearing approvals, depending on your bank.

Yep. Waiting on one over $56 that was meant to be available by the 11th.
For me, they used to be reliable but, now only small purchases seem to be trouble free and anything where they actually have to pay out a decent size amount is either rejected, not tracked properly or held up.
Their chat bot takes you round in circles and seems to be the only way of contacting anyone now.
I have stopped using them. When all my tracked cash dates get paid, I'll delete the app. Seems like they are scamming people now.
