Where now do we find listings of good restauraunts that aren't paid for?
Google is there obviously but it doesn't provide restauraunts in a nice comprehensive listing.

Walk up the street at see for yourself the ones that always seem to be busy.
At worst, a busy restaurant turns their stock over quickly so it's likely that they're serving you relatively fresh food whereas slow restaurants seem to have slower food turnover and more opportunity for dodgy produce.
