New seals seem to be available (from o/s anyway - not sure about eBay) so that's a big plus.

We like the Systema 500ml double wall bottles, which can typically be had for about $11. But no replacement parts (lid, seal) mean you eventually have a slightly battered but still perfectly useable bottle, without a useable lid.
This shop you posted is in uk.
Everyone talking about eggs. No one talking about inflation of water bottle prices.
Maybe more that through sensational branding companies can sell things overpriced, at the end of the day its basically just a stainless steel bottle with a cap and rubber seal. Kmart Ikea Officeworks Target - They're all about the same, maybe some have sturdier caps than others, but I think that's debatable depending on how you look after it.
Guarantee all the other ones have plastic internals on the lid. This seems to have stainless threaded lid, so seems like it may be a slight step above the average?
I know the plastic always takes on whatever terrible flavours (even bad tapwater) for what seems like an eternity, maybe this wont have that problem? So you saying water taste better in https://amzn.asia/d/gXUCA8v ? And its has a recycled plastic lid.
Water bottles become fashion accessories, that's what it is.
@boomramada: The one in OP is $27 and hardly a fashion accessory. It’s a double walled insulated bottle with a full stainless lid. A little more expensive than the shitty ones with plastic internals on their lids. Not sure what point you are trying to make linking a $100 bottle in comparison?
@AmperSand: I think all of the ones I listed except for the Ikea one are double wall. The Officeworks ones says its stainless lid also with PP for the strap, although can't find any pictures of underside of lid, but it looks like Kmart has it as well.
However if you want entirely stainless you could even go aliexpress apparently the macpac uses 18/8 food grade stainless which usually comes out of China anyway. Although its not around the $10 mark like the others.
Actually looks like it could be a good hardy bottle with more size options. I might try one, I have found plastic to taint fluids in the past especially with the Sistema's.
I think boomramada is interpreting your comment that not having plastic is an indication of quality, yet he has found a bottle for $100 where it's saying it use recycled plastic as an advertising point. This one from Officeworks for $150 is probably crazier example, appears to have 4.6 stars out of 2293 reviews as well, its also 18/8 stainless. They say that the bottle is BPA and plastic free, but the lid apparently has 'food grade' plastic housing for the UV light. But then so should the $7 Kmart ok Ikea ones as to regulation.
@AmperSand: There are plenty of double walled insulated bottle with a full stainless lid for under $20. It just ppl like to buy things either expensive or sleek looking, nothing more.
@boomramada: If you dont mind, can you please share the link? All the ones I have found has a plastic lid with stainless steel outer shell.
@boomramada: They are all made in China 🇨🇳. The$150 ones and $7 ones.
They all keep water cold for about 18hrs - 24hrs and hot for sbout 8- 12hrs.
Is just the branding and styling. - like many things in the market, we pay for the style or branding but quality is usually minimal in difference.
Be grateful that no one is posting eggregious RRPegg deals on here (yet).

Now there is a deal.
I wonder how do you wash it…
With some dishwashing soap and a bottle brush.
I always feel youcan't rinse out all the soap.
It could mean that you are using too much soap. But you should be able to rinse out all the soap with enough running water.
@lily99: no, i can always taste a bottle that has had soap used on it, i cant taste it on cups but always bottle, i'm not sure why but i refuse to wash my water bottles with soap
@Qazxswec: So how do you wash it?
Maybe one-off bottles are better? But I read that you should not re-use bottled water bottles…
Also a 500ml version for 50% off $22
