  bah.. I bought my Type2 cable a couple weeks ago… that said I have used it on free public chargers a couple of times… not sure that offset the 14% savings if I waited though..

  The cost of charging & soon the road user tax for EVs ,Phv will hammer the sales of Evs .

    I use solar for charging and if I ever need to use electricity from grid, currently paying 8c / kW between 9am and 3 pm.

    Doesn’t take long to charge the car (77.4 & 69 kWh bat.) with a 22kW lvl2 home charger.
