They took out an ingredient and it doesn't work for me anymore
I used Selsun Gold a few times and it worked like a charm. I don't know how Head and Shoulders can still make claims about being clinically proven when it no longer contains any active ingredients that stop the cause of dandruff.
TGel works very well for me as well

Doesn't work for me anymore. It made me having dry scalp and itchy. I had to take special treatment at a salon to treat this problem.
How much did the treatment cost
H&S gave me more dandruff and hair loss. I switched to SelSun Gold and it is fantastic.

Got this from CWH when they had $5 bonus cashback. Note it's only shampoo no conditioner
From personal experience, this kindda works if you use it daily religiously (just like any other regular shampoo if you use it daily tbf), but the moment you stop using it the dandruff will come back with a vengeance worst than before. I personally wouldnt use it.
For extreme cases, use Nizoral. For mild cases, stick with daily regular shampoo and improved diet (less carbs, sugar and sat. fat).
Seriously stop using head and shoulders. it's terrible for your scalp.
What's a better option that isn't super expensive like the T-Gel?

I normally use OC Naturals anti dandruff but am running out, and figured at this price I'd give this a go. The menthol sounds like a nice touch.
A bit more expensive than the OC Naturals on sale at Woolies currently (by $1) but figured I'd try something different.
