Took me far too long to realise this was a bank bonus and not just shopback. Doh!
Chemist Warehouse and bonus firstly tracked then zeroed and rejected for no reason. CS only responded a month later stating a vague generic excuse related to untracked purchases. Then it's the eBay deal 10 days ago - purchase tracked but bank bonus didn't and CS is basically uncontactable. Good luck!

Regular cashback will track first, bonus cashback will track later (assuming it works).
