Has anyone experienced issues with Top Cashback not tracking their cashback rewards? I recently purchased an Optus SIM card for $220, which came with a $100 cashback offer. However, I haven't seen any information about the pending cashback.
I emailed Top Cashback a few weeks ago, and they replied that it would take time and also require approval from Optus. I find this unusual, as I've never had issues with other cashback apps. Typically, they show the cashback as pending with an expected approval date. But Top Cashback's process seems different.
Any similar experiences or advice would be appreciated!
Is there a way to block any posts that relate to Trashback etc?
