Ortega ones cant have to much contact with water as they rust very quickly

spreading marg/butter, use one of these,
knife and fork with dinner, use one of these
chopping up veggies/meats, use one of these.
a couple of people in the house, and a a knife or two or three each (for above uses), and a set in the dishwasher = I bought more.

I some of these but just don’t have a use for them. Probably one of the most useless purchases I’ve ever made.
We have a M&W cutlery set we got on sale from Myer (something like this). I can eat steaks just fine with the included table knives. If I want to cut a piece of fruit I’m doing that at the kitchen bench next to the knife block anyway.
Take care handling these in the dishwasher, they are super sharp.
