Cashback terms and exclusions

  • Cashback for Everyday Market from Woolworths is eligible only on items that display the orange Everyday Market logo and "sold by" branding. Cashback is ineligible on any grocery items, packaging, tobacco, and delivery subscriptions.
  • If Woolworths deem reseller behaviour is taking place to gamify the cashback system, cashback might be ineligible.
  • Important: When a cap is specified in the cashback rate, it will apply per member and/or per Woolworths customer for the length of the promotional period. As an example, a $100 cap running alongside an increased cashback lasting 3 days will allow for a maximum payout of $100 per member and/or per Woolworths customer for the 3 days of the promotion. Woolworths can decline transactions at its discretion based on these terms. TopCashback has no control over this process.
  • Any orders made from outside Australia or perceived to be made from outside Australia (ie. using a VPN) will have cashback declined. This is at the discretion of Woolworths (not TopCashback).

    Mine tracked just under 24 hours, though it was a tad under the advertised 50% after factoring the GST; still not complaining about a $40 saving :)

    Mine tracked fine last time and this time. I was surprised it worked this time, because I had a bunch of things in my cart, emptied it out, went through TCB, added back the items switching between screens, forgot about it for a couple of hours, then checked out without clicking again.

    Mine hasn't tracked yet. It always tracked in the past.

    I'm not sure if adding one item just after placing the first order screwed with the system?

    Total order was $266.01 + $61.98(local). Almost $327 🙏

    Before placing the order, i checked that topcashback referal was mentioned on the url page, so I'm not sure why it hasnt tracked… is there anyone else waiting?

    Mine hasn't tracked either, I used edge browser on a Windows PC. TCB tracked for AliExpress, Amazon, and CWH same day. Temu problem.

      Definitely a temu problem, but im still waiting for ones to track from back in November. Made dozens of orders, and really hope they track eventually.
