Thanks OP. Just what I wanted. Good brand too.

    • What devices and scenarios that you think you will be needing 45/65w ?

      • +2

Laptop and/or game hand-held like switch or deck.

        • +1

You realy need ti use laptop for hours at places without power point? Or just incase scenarios

          • +1

@CyberMurning: A power bank makes using e.g. a Steam Deck on a long flight without inflight power feasible.

            • @vaibhavsagar: I thought there is a power point under flight seats?

              • +1

@CyberMurning: I used to think why would people need power bank for flights. Then I flew a budget airline and realized that not all planes have power points.

              • +1

@CyberMurning: not all flights have them.

      • I have this exact model and love it. almost going to buy another. it is similar weight to the three things it replaced for me (small power bank for phone, 240v charger, travel adapter).

traveling for work if you have your laptop on all day it is a lot nicer to be self sufficient rather than be tied to a power point, most big meeting rooms have one power board that may or may not have enough extension cable for every person or enough points or the right plug.
Around the house its handy, i swear every time i go to use my laptop or tablet my wife or kids have left it on and its near flat, with this i can use it on my sofa or dinning room table with out having a cord snaked across the room waiting for someone to trip on it and pull the laptop onto the floor.

Max 45w kind of too much for mobile and too luttle for laptop.

    • +2

It's 65 w if we use 1 port, however, you are right, if we use two devices it's 45W and 20W

      • +1

Ooo ok sorry i almost bought but I cannot think a case where I need to bring/use my laptop for long period while travelling (outside hotels, airport, office, etc)

        • When travelling, I take an older laptop that requires its own brick to use with AC power. If I lose or damage it, I won't be too distraught.
It can use a PD power bank with a USB-C to proprietary plug to charge it, so this would work for me.

      • +1

It's 65W total output across two ports

One device will not be able to draw more than 45W

        • +1

As stated above and previously discussed, it can charge one device at 65W.

It's also the ATL and a great powerbank, would recommend

    Links broken for me

  • Any idea what the voltage of this is? Looking out for powerbank for travelling. Airlines typically have 100wh limit.

    • +2

      It should be 24000 * 3.7 /1000 = 88.8Wh

      • Thank you!

Nothing says Valentines Day more than a power bank…

    • Quite favourably actually. One is available and the other is not.

    • cygnett is not that exciting imo.

having a look at their website since a year ago they list a tonne of models, many which are very similar to each other. and they all look different and are named randomly, some look like other brand powerbanks. usually bigger brands have a design theme, and their powerbanks don't look so different.

I dunno about in the beginning, but recently I think they just find powerbank companies from china and put their logo on it and sell it.

also another opinion, but I walked into JB HiFi when they were rearranging isles and the first thing they put up was cygnett chargers and they had heaps an heaps of them. so that told me they don't sell and probably aren't that good if they need to put them up all up first to try to sell them (everything else couldn't be bought at that time because it wasn't on the floor).

    • I have that 19.2k Cygnett power bank and used it once.
It charged a laptop from 5% to 70%
It got really warm - my only issue
It does not come with a 100w cable so you need to purchase separately
It comes with a short cable but is not high speed
It is not that heavy which is good
compared to the Anker power bank linked here, the Cygnett supports 100w high-speed charging but gets really warm

  • If you have commbank yello, there is an additional $5 off.

    My bad it's for amazon
