Nature's Own Sleep-Ezy 100 Caps $8.75 (Was $17.50) @ Coles

112

Hands down the only sleeping supplement that works for me.

Have 4 tablets of magnesium and 2 of these and I wake up feeling new again.

Turns a 6 hour sleep into an 8 hour sleep.

Not addictive and helps anxiety/improves sleep quality (at least in my experience).

$19 at woolies
$21 at chemist warehouse

Got it a few weeks ago when it was on the same promotion. This thing doesn't work, but in the morning may give feeling of stupidity in your head. And it smells horrible.

Yeah the brain fog and smell is a small price to pay to get through a day not feeling tired.

Definitely dont recommend breathing it in.

You're probably doing some kind of damage if you're consistently getting brain fog.

That should be enough reason not to use this product so frequently.

        • Yes it's likely that if you wake up with that kind of thing, combined with difficulty sleeping, you have sleep apnoea. Get tested.

          • -1

@Yakkus: Yep had sleep apnea and underwent surgey for it, fixed it up perfectly.

This is moreso for the nights when im up until 1am and need to be up in 5 hours and feel refreshed.

        • Yet i dont use it everyday.
          Moreso twice a week max

Agree as it did not work for me. Did not have brain fog. Got a better result with magnesium and ashwagandha.

    • Aside from voodoo herbs, this has just a tiny amount of calcium (23mg) and magnesium (10mg as phosphate).

Magnesium can work wonders for better relaxation and sleep, but at this tiny amount it's just a (smelly) placebo.

  • Valerian may make you wake up drowsy so it's not suitable for everyone

  • this smells like poo, don't recommend :D

    Work for me.
Take about an hour or so to take effect, but if you sit or lay in anticipation of falling asleep, even diazipam wont work for you.
Yeah the smell's not great and don't burp for a while after taking.

  • it is interesting but it the ingredient pure natural?

Meh, Melatonin is far more effective for me, these do nothing.

    • Melatonin – Regulates sleep-wake cycles, best for jet lag, shift workers, and mild insomnia.
Magnesium (Glycinate or L-Threonate preferred) – Supports relaxation, nervous system function, and muscle recovery.
Glycine – Improves sleep quality, reduces body temperature for better deep sleep.
L-Theanine – Found in green tea, promotes relaxation without sedation.
Apigenin (Chamomile Extract) – Mild anxiolytic and sleep-inducing properties.

  • I had never read the label dosage so did not know it recommends 2-3 tabs. I take one a night right before bed and most nights it helps me sleep. Don't experience brain fog so maybe you should try one tab and see if it makes a difference?

I also take powdered magnesium about 2 hours before bed. I think that helps too with sleep and relaxing muscles to reduce pain.

  • Lol sleeping pills.

People aren't working hard enough, get some more exercise :)

You can get all the vitamins and minerals from food but people love lining the pockets of big pharma execs.

I find these helpful too. Like others have said different things work for different people. Note the recommended dose is 2-3. I often take the 3.
