Experiencing issues with AmEx Platinum Online Benefits Manager page. Despite trying different browsers, devices, and clearing cookies/cache, the page times out after looping for 30 seconds. AmEx chat suggested waiting 12-24 hours, but I've asked them to escalate to their tech team.
Can anyone with AmEx Platinum confirm if they can access the Online Benefits Manager page?
Here are the steps I navigated to the Online Benefits Manager:
- logged in to AmEx online account
- navigated to Benefits & Help > Platinum Benefits
- scrolled down to Quick Links > clicked on Online Benefits Managers
- logged in to AmEx online account again
- the page was going in circle for 30 seconds and timed out
