      I also buys the shirt, and overall amount when applying BEST15 vs CSALE is higher for BEST15, maybe BEST15 does not apply to the shirts??

        Ah right, that'll be why then. Best15 only applies to the shorts, whereas Csale applies to the whole basket. Just use trial and error with em if your adding other stuff.
