Issue with Shell eGift Card Purchased from ShopBack

Wondering if anyone has reported the same issue.

Purchased some Shell eGift Cards last year through this deal.

I tried to use some soon after and some were declined. So I went to check the balance on the card, it shows the card was not activated.

Contacted ShopBack for support and it’s been over a month and they are not providing any support. Gave the response we saw you used one of the card please try again.

Anyone experienced the same issue with their Shell eGift Card purchased via ShopBack?

    Tried calling shell gift card support, the number gets disconnected after you follow the prompt.

    Just called.

  I just checked the balance on some of these purchased at the same period and they are all activated.

    I think the following is the correct website to contact. As it has not been mentioned above, I am unsure that you got it right.

    You should only mention PCN when contact BHN.

  It’s the PCN that I used to check. I thought since I got it from shopback it should be shopback helping me to get this sorted. The invoice came from shopback. I have raised a ticket with fair trading. I’ll make contact as you suggested.
