Hi everyone,
I'm currently using two 27" monitors on a budget Aldi dual monitor arm, with my laptop open on the left as a third screen. My wife needs a monitor, so I'll be giving her one of my 27" displays and want to upgrade the center spot to a 34" ultrawide.
Most of my usage is office work, but I do some occasional gaming, so I'm looking for a 34" screen with a refresh rate of at least 100 Hz. I also plan to rotate the remaining 27" on the right into portrait mode for spreadsheets and Teams chats.
I’d really appreciate any suggestions for both a 34" monitor and suitable monitor arms, with a total budget of around $500 if possible. These are the models I'm considering:
MSI Pro MP341CQW 34" UWQHD VA 100Hz
Acer CD343CUR H 34" WQHD Ultrawide Curved
Acer Nitro 34" UWQHD 100Hz Ultrawide Curved (XZ340CU)
I’d love a monitor with a built-in dock to reduce cable clutter, but so far everything I’ve found is over $600. If you have any recommendations or if you’ve used a similar setup, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
Thanks in advance!
How about Dell 34 Curved USB-C Monitor S3423DWC - populer choce in Ozb, I got one and no complaints but I don't play games.
