Not quite 40% or 100% for existing customers, but 20% isn't bad (if it tracks)

I've had better luck with Shopback Temu tracking than with Topcashback (about 50%). Topcashback literally never tracks for me.
Always buy on my Android phone.

  Ban Shopback from Ozbargain. Their rep @gotyourback and their customer service promised to fix cashback for Monkey Shoulder deal by by 31st January but it still hasn't been fixed. I cannot trust this company anymore.

    Agreed. While they've always had issues, you used to be able to count on being able to contact support, or the OzB rep, and get it sorted out.

    After the layoffs last year, their support is basically non-existent, and that includes the @gotyourback account.

    I think some serious consideration should be given to banning them from OzBargain until they can get their house in order.

      I'm not sure if admins are aware of the issues with Shopback, but we should be persistent until they become aware and takes some action.

  Temu rarely tracks. I doubt it's just me because I have a 90%+ tracking rate and follow the instructions to a tee.

  Ban Temu as well, just had a compromised CC, a card that was used exclusively for Temu, charged for $500 for some rando store in the US.

    Yep, had my CC used fraudently 1 week after using Temu for the first time. Coincidence? Maybe. Maybe not. Not touching it ever again.

  Ordered a keyboard yesterday at about 10.45 am aedst time and still has not tracked. Went through the shopback app using the in app browser and made sure blockers were disabled as I usually do.

  Mine has tracked. It tracked at a bit less than I was expecting, even after removing GST. However, was so close to the $50 cap ($49.76) that it isn't worth my effort in escalating it. Also got the $5 bonus for spending over $50 too. So $56.08 spent and should get $54.76 Cashback
