      I have something similar, and I definitely don't believe so as the entire two 'shelves' slide out and sideways, and there's nothing on top. If you stacked something on top, it would prevent them from moving. Slightly rickety (I feel like I need to be a bit gentle when pulling it as it gets heavy full of spice jars), but does the job and fits well in a 2-level cabinet.

    Ortega Kitchen Slide 'N Store Cabinet Organiser is garbage. Flimsy plastic and most of the spices we have at home are too tall for it.
