EDIT: So now i read SB made an error and it wasnt meant to say $20 card. FFS. SB has become a joke rorting customers. Deal deserves a neg for sheer incompetence.

Unrelated to this post, but does anybody know how I should raise a dispute with a missed cashback with Ninja? I went through the normal process and Shopback has contacted Ninja for more information, but now Shopback has been ghosting mey emails for months with no resolution or update
The rate SB is going it might end up banned on here. The company has clearly gone through some internal change and end result is ghosting customers. Even this deal they had it listed wrong on their APP originally stating $20 GC which i bought. They fixed it, but do you see a REP here cleaning up their mess? Good luck to you.
