can't believe i'm having such difficulty finding this, but all the calculators are so one dimensional basic it's a fkn joke.
looking at a mortgage with offset & i'd like to be able to input my financials eg. savings & weekly income gross & net after costs etc so i can then input a purchase price, and have the reality of the noose around my neck displayed working backwards from purchase price.
eg. show me the stamp, show me what 20%, 10%, 5% deposit amounts would be, offset details for savings and extra repayments etc.
i can do this for my max approved borrowing amount but i might potentially go over with savings… or i might go way under… seeing so many shit properties, id like to have it all detailed when i dynamically change the house price, so i can contextualise whatever piece of $hit property i'm considering prison for at the time.
have been using https://figura.finance/calculators/repayments calculator which some ozbargainer mentioned, def best i've found but still i really want something i can dynamically work off of with the sale price….
obvs i can go off and use excel or code this up, but it'd be nice to have what i need all slick in a webpage and i can't be assed atm. kinda dumbstruck this doesn't exist in a simple format but it is hard enough just to get a comprehensive offset option in the calculators.
