    I think people expect these to work as well as a clothing iron which these are not designed to do.

    It's designed for taking with you when travelling and something that's adequate in getting most small wrinkles/creases out of a shirt or pair of pants if you don't have access to a iron+ironing board.

    The small water reservoir is enough for one shirt only. You can't steam multiple shirts.

    I have one of these and it works as designed. It just generates steam, It's not meant to replace your iron+ironing board which does heat+steam+weight. And definately will not be able to get every single wrinkle and crease out.
