All good mate, your reasoning is sound and some may opt to chance an entry and hope they send it if drawn but being a smaller store they likely want the in-store photos etc at the event so would reroll until someone was present.
They're in Perth for those wondering, so unless you'll be there on drawing like they say you'll need to be to claim then this ones likely worth skipping.
