    I usually port to a different network and never had an issue. It's done within an hour.

        Last Saturday it took me just a few minutes to port in.

    It took them 4-5 days for me last September. (Porting in from vodaphone at the time)

    Turns out eSIM had issues from their end (they claim) hence the issues. They tell me they don’t have much experience with it.
    It ended up not working in eSIM mode, only physical.

    Their customer service and issue handling is cheap feeling and lacking.

  I think with these if you had bought a prepaid sim before. And it's expired when you go to activate this new one you can keep the same mobile number?

    Lebara claim that they need to be activated within 60 days of purchase.

      I have activated the SIM card more than 6 months after purchasing it, sim got activated straight away. It was just a month ago.

  I bought an esim online from Lebara last night, received esim number instantly but when tried to activate, it comes back with an error 'sim number not found' now I have to ring up Lebara! What a joke!

  Wasn't a good time to port over long weekend.
