$10/$12 off Selected Monthly Postpaid Plans for 6 Months: 27GB $14.80, 100GB $29.80 & More (New Service Only) @ Moose Mobile

I found this Moose Mobile $12 off for the first six months. Originally $26.80 - $12 = $14.80 per month. I think the price of $14.80 is pretty good, even cheaper than their lowest plan 8GB at $19.80 (no promotion). There are other plans with promotion as well 40GB ($23.80) 100GB ($29.80) 200GB ($45.80), but I don't need that much data… so I am happy paying $14.80 for 27GB per month.

Aussie support (this appears to be a key selling point, their call centre is in Brisbane). Very willing to help.

p/s: I have no experience with them. Found them. Gave them a call and awaiting for my sim card by Australia Post.

Actually I called Moose, got them to send me the sim card. They need a credit card to charge the $14.80, the delivery is free. I asked them, since I havent received the sim card and maybe… I am not going to immediately transfer my number to Moose… I told them I might do it next month. They said no problem.

The account starts once I activate it (receive the sim and I need to call them to activate the sim). So I will do that next month.

Have used Moose on 2 occasions over the years and have only ported out after discount promo ended.
Just be wary they are a post paid service if matters but other than that had absolutely no issues.

    • Credit check will apply then.

  • Their 100/20 NBN is pretty good for $65.80 as well. I was with them a few months back and didn't notice any difference between them and Superloop. However, I'm in Brisbane and so are they apparently. I'm not sure if the speeds/latency will be worse in a different State?

The only reason I went back to Superloop was to get the $100 gift card (below), and the 5 speed boosts per month is handy.

    • Is that 100/20 NBN plan only for 6 months?

      • Yeah it's only for 6 months according to their website. However, I was only with them a couple of months before I switched to Superloop for the Mastercard deal, so I don't know if you can negotiate with them to extend it longer.

Their $65.80 "sale" has been going on for months. I will be going back to them once my Superloop discount runs out if it's still the same price. I was getting decent speeds there even in peak hours —-> https://www.speedtest.net/result/16966439947

  • Wasn’t too bad when I was with them, deals are good for 6 months then ported out.

  • Cool, thanks OP

  • not bad ! is this ongoing right?

  • Mine ends in March after a year. It’s been good. No issues.
Not sure where to port to next.

  • Just went back to Moose last month with this deal. Second time with them. No issues. Great customer service.
