Absolutely correct. This is the price I bought them at Costco today. $299.99 - $30 instant rebate instore = $269.99. Then the $35 Costco voucher will be sent via email within 30 days. Bringing total down to $234.99.

I wonder if your store is running low on stock. It's part of the current In-Warehouse Savings catalogue which ends on 16th Feb but also states "While stock lasts".
