I follow the Twitter feed of comedian Tony Martin, and earlier today he tweeted that Tony Wilson's novel, Players, would be available as a free download from Amazon until "midday tomorrow". A saving of $5.99.

Great book, highly entertaining.
For those who don't know him, Tony is a Melbourne-based writer / broadcaster. He won Race Around the World (?) and was part of the 3RRR Breakfasters for many years. He's written a number of children's books and adult novels. My favourite is Making News … in the style of Ben Elton's "High Society", but Players is very entertaining, especially if you've ever watched either of the Channel 9 Footy Shows. He also wrote a travelogue of sorts - Australia United - when following the Socceroos in the German World Cup. And he now does A-League commentary for the ABC.
