Ive brought 3 of these & just ordered again over the past 12 months for gifts they are excellent very accurate no need for batteries, it gets your roast meat cooked how you like it via temp readings it's great .

These are good units - just be careful when pulling a wash cloth over the metal probe away from the unit. Over time you can pull the probe out of the socket and break the cable inside.

Fast - yes, super fast - hmmmm sort of, i use this and a thermapen, my thermapen is much faster but it is also 8x the price so make what you will of that
These are great, I've purchased several over the last few years, I use mine regularly and it's very accurate. They are regularly around the $20 mark though, either on Amazon, ebay or their own store…
FYI i thought mine was faulty but doesnt charge on fast chargers, 5W max
Thankfully you don't need to charge it often… I've owned mine for several years now and only charged it a handful of times.
